Doctor Dominatrix, head of the mysterious Delta Institute, is suddenly confronted by snoopy female reporters. Little do the reporters know, that the doctor has her ownunorthodox method of handling the media. The reporters are introduced to the horrors of the doctor's examining room and prescribed to the doctor's personal torment chamber. Clothespins, whips, and wax are just a few of the methods the doctor employs to find out how much they know.
