I was born and raised in a suburban Pennsylvania town. Growing up, I pretty much always did my own thing. From my clothing to my personality, I stuck out like a sore thumb and I got myself into a decent amount of trouble with it. Art always came easily to me, and I remember all my teachers praising me for my creativity and outstanding artwork. I guess that came through in all aspects of my life. I shopped at thrift shops and vintage clothing stores and put together outrageous ensembles that constantly got me sent to the principal's office. I wore undergarments as clothing; corsets as shirts (they lace up so nice and tight, keeping you from slouching at a desk, and holding your tummy in at the lunch table!) slips as skirts, you name it. I bought my first PVC miniskirt when I was 13. I had seen it in a store and knew I had to have it, so I saved up for it for weeks. It was black with multicolored glitter in it. That was the beginning of my love for latex.
I love shoes, and I have had more than I can fit in my closet for as long as I can remember. I have ALWAYS taken fashion and aesthetic over comfort or practicality when it comes to my shoes. When I was really young I had "jellies" shoes in every color and I tried to wear them all year long! This is another thing that has gotten worse as I've gotten older. Now I have heels upon heels, (and a few more practical shoes thrown in but I would rather jog in platforms than sneakers!) and the higher the better! I love my shoes to have such high heels that my foot is arched as much as possible. Platform soles, pointy little heels, and lots of straps are also qualities I am fond of in my footwear. I adore ballet shoes... especially real pointe shoes, but I also love fetish toe shoes and boots. I'm not sure if my crazy fashion sense had something to do with it, but I couldn't get a date to save my life in high school. I even went to the prom alone! I was sure I was just an ugly duckling with a fun personality.
After I graduated from high school I figured I needed to see some more of the country before deciding on a college, which I understood would set my career in stone from then on. I had never even been to California! So I packed up my car and headed southwest, destination number one: New Orleans. I turned and headed northwest when I got to Tennessee and heard that a hurricane was scheduled to hit New Orleans the next day. I wound up in the Badlands in South Dakota, unaware that it was the day before the week-long Black Hills Motorcycle rally began. Obviously I stayed there for the whole thing, spent all my savings, and never made it to California. I went back east and moved into my friend's college dorm room in upstate New York.
After partying it up and living the "college life" without actually attending college for the better part of a year, I moved off campus and got a string of lame, tedious jobs. When a friend of mine threw a fetish ball I attended with gusto. While there I was approached by a skeevy guy with a business card mumbling something about bondage, taking my photo and paying me money. Thinking he was full of it, I brushed him off. Later that night however, I went with a bunch of other girls and our protective male counterparts to the guy's hotel to discuss this photo shoot thing. He said they would tie me up really tight, take photos, and then pay me for it! I was smack-me-in-the-face happy and astonished. I couldn't believe it; these people were offering to fulfill one of my greatest pleasures and then give me money! I couldn't even get my boyfriend at the time to strangle or slap me during sex, let alone tie me up! It was one of the best things I had heard of in my life.
From there I took the bondage modeling jobs that I could find, which were not many. I worked in a tattoo shop for my friends, acquiring some knowledge and tattoos along the way. My tattoos gave me a sense of confidence and greatly improved my self-esteem. I found I had a deep respect for tattooing as an art form, so I decided that I would go to art school to improve my skills and eventually learn to tattoo. I never thought my modeling could go anywhere. Fortunately it did, but unfortunately the very thing that boosted my self confidence is now holding me back. I have decided to undergo laser treatment to remove my tattoos.
