Tijuana Detective Nick Grande rekindles the flame of his first love, the State Prosecutor, Marga Villegas, as he tries to nail the notorious De La Cruz brothers and their drug cartel. Eventually he teams with L.A. Private Detective Peter Magnum to gain entry to the drug lord's mansion, where they encounter two insatiable nymphs, Gina and Mina. Meanwhile, the lost girl's sister arrives in Tijuana where Grande's secretary Lorena makes her feel right at home.
