Editing Account Info:

Our system will keep all of your Account information on file for you to use as you wish. Whether you want to keep several Credit Cards or alternate addresses, you may do so and switch between the various listings for each of your orders. Although the default is used unless another is specified.
Editing your Shipping Address:
1.  Click the "Your Account" link in the top right corner of all our pages.
2.  Under the 'Account Home' section in the left nav bar, select Shipping Information.
3.  Your Shipping Information page allows you to:
•  Set as Default - Set the address as your default address or simply put, the one you wish to use for your Orders.
•  Edit - You may edit that address for our files. After you have made your edits to your address, click the "Add Updated Shipping Info" button to update your info.
•  Add Shipping Address - Add a new address to your account. After you have added the new address, if you wish to use it for an Order, you must click "Set as Default."
•  Delete - Delete the Address from our system.
4.  If you edit your Shipping information, that information will be changed on all Open and On Hold Orders (Orders that have not processed) containing that information currently in our system for your convenience , including your Rental shipping address.
Editing your Billing Information:
1.  Click the "Your Account" link in the top right corner of all our pages.
2.  Under the "Account Home" section in the left nav bar, select Billing Information.
3.  Your Billing Information pages allows you to:
•  Set as Default - Set that Credit Card as the default Credit Card or simply put, the one you wish to use for your Orders.
•  Edit - You may Edit your Credit Card information in our system. When finished, click the 'Edit Credit Card' button.
•  Add New Credit Card - Add a new Credit Card to your account. After you have added a Credit Card, you must click the "Set as Default" button to use it for an Order.
•  Delete - Delete a Credit Card from our system.
4.  If you edit your Credit Card information, that information will be changed on all Open and On Hold Orders (Orders that have not processed) currently in our system for your convenience.
Editing your Logon Name:
1.  Click the "Your Account" link in the top right corner of all our pages.
2.  Click on the "Change Logon Name" link.
3.  Enter the new name you wish to use and your password.
4.  If the name you have chosen is already being used, you will receive an error message along with several suggested options.
5.  When finished, click "Update Login Name" to update your logon name in our system.
6.  Your new Logon Name will be effective immediately in our system.
Editing your Password:
1.  Click the "Your Account" link in the top right corner of all our pages.
2.  Click on the "Change Password" link.
3.  You will need to enter your existing password and your new password (twice).
4.  Click the "Change Password" button.
5.  You will receive a notification email once our system has updated your password.
