If you wish to, you may add items to a placed Order up until the Order has been processed by our system.
Orders are processed several times a day during business hours Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm ET excluding Holidays.
To Add an item to an Order:
Shop our site as you normally would and add the items to a New Order. But, do NOT click 'Proceed to Checkout.'
Click the 'Your Account' link in the top right corner of all our pages.
If you are not logged on, you will be prompted to do so.
'Order History' tab in the right nav bar.
Click either your "Open" or "On Hold" Orders tab in the left nav bar.
Click 'View' next to the Order you wish to add the new items to.
Scroll down until you see the Modification Section of that Order and click the 'Update' button in the Add Shopping Cart contents field.
The page will be refreshed and the Order will now contain the items you had in your Cart.
