Edit Back Order Methods: Ship Partial/Complete

If you wish to, you may edit the selected Back Order Method on an Order up until the Order has been processed in our system. Orders are processed several times a day during business hours Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm ET excluding Holidays.

When an Order contains Out of Stock items as well as In Stock items, you can choose if you want your Order shipped in its entirety or if you want the In Stock products shipped immediately and the Out of Stock as they arrive. If you wish to change your Back Order method simply follow these steps:
To Edit your Back Order method:
1.  Click the 'Your Account' link in the upper left hand corner of all our pages.
2.  Select the 'Order History' tab in the left nav bar.
3.  A list will appear directly below "Order History" in the nav bar.
4.  Select either your "Open" or "On Hold" Orders tab.
5.  Scroll down until you see the Modification Section of that Order and the "Update Backorder Method" info. Click 'Update' to change your Back Order method.
6.  Our system will automatically "Split" or "Combine" your Order:
•  If you selected "Ship Partial"
•  The In Stock items will ship once processed.
•  The Out of Stock items will ship once all of the products have been received.
•  If you selected "Ship Complete"
•  The Order will ship in its entirety once all of the Out of Stock products have been received.
