Canceling an Order:

You may only cancel Orders that have not been processed. Orders are processed several times a day during business hours Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm ET excluding Holidays.

If an Order has processed, then you must refer to our Return Policy to return the item, but shipping charges are not refundable.
Canceling an Order:
1.  Click the 'Your Account' link in the upper left hand corner of all our pages.
2.  Select the 'Order History' tab in the left nav bar.
3.  A list will appear directly below "Order History" in the nav bar.
4.  Select either your "Open" or "On Hold" Orders tab.
5.  Click 'View' next to the Order you wish to cancel.
6.  Scroll down to the "Modifications" section of the order and click the 'Update' button next to the Cancel Order info.
7.  The "Reason for Cancellation" page will open. You MUST select a reason and click the 'Complete Cancellation" button to cancel your Order.
8.  When finished, the View Order page will open with your Canceled Order displayed.
9.  You will also receive a Notification email confirming the Order was canceled.
Note: If you need to reactivate a Canceled Order, click the Resubmitting a Canceled Order link in the column to the right for further instructions.
