Editing Orders:

You can only make changes to Orders placed that have NOT processed. Also, Check or Money Order customers are only able to edit certain aspects of their Orders. Orders are processed several times a day during business hours Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm EST excluding Holidays.
You may edit the following on your Orders:
   Change Shipping Method
Change the shipping method for your Order so you get it faster (instructions).
   Change Back Order Method
Change the Back Order method (Ship Partial/Ship Complete) for your Order, if it contains Out of Stock items (instructions).
   Edit Gift Invoices Option
Request a Gift Invoice (no prices) or not for your Order (instructions).
   Cancel an Order
Cancel an Order. If you change your mind, you may resubmit Canceled Orders - see below (instructions).
   Resubmit an Order
If an Order was canceled or placed "On Hold" in error, you may resubmit it to our system for processing (instructions).
