Hailing from coastal North Carolina, this charming Southern belle is an established model and singer, and has taken the exotic dance circuit by storm. In 2005, she first set her sights on the adult film industry, and she's since become both a Wicked Pictures contract superstar and a high profile fixture of Hollywood's red carpet scene. And now, thanks to her excellent performance in Brad Armstrong's Just Between Us, she's currently enjoying the finest reviews of her career.
Growing up, Carmen enjoyed everything from softball and cheerleading to chairing the student council, but her true passion was always singing. She started performing at a young age and participated in talent shows where she frequently took home the top prize thanks to her amazing singing voice.
As an established model, this dark-haired beauty earned a name for herself by winning Miss Hawaiian Tropic at their regional competition in 2004. Her magazine and calendar credits are equally impressive. She graced the cover of Gold Files Magazine and was crowned Easy Riders Magazine's Fox Hunt winner. She was also Miss June 2005 in the Pure Gold Calendar and Miss February 2004 in the Sexy Indian Women Calendar.
Carmen has also excelled as a feature dancer, taking top honors by winning titles like Best Dancer in Colorado's 2005 Feature Blast Showcase and Hottest Stage Personality in Rhode Island's 2005 Feature Showcase Extravaganza. The following year, she stunned pageant goers when she dominated the Miss Nude 2006 Competition by winning both the coveted title and top honors in the Best Body and Best Dancer categories.
More recently, she floored audiences yet again by taking the title trophy at the Miss Exotic International 2007 pageant. A veritable trophy magnet, this beauty has experienced runaway success throughout her years as an established feature entertainer, locking down such awards as Best Body a total of three times. Her crowning achievement this year came when she snared the title award at the 2007 Exotic Performer Of The Year pageant.
Despite all the acclaim on the stage and runway, Carmen continues to channel her sparkling intelligence and intense drive into her Wicked Pictures projects. In the David Stanley erotic comedy Rendezvous, she reveals herself to be a gifted comedienne, and in releases like the Michael Raven feature Honky Tonk Girl, Randy Spears' Naked Illusions, Stormy Daniels' Gossip, and Stanley's 1000 Words, it becomes obvious that this is one sensual creature who was born to express herself sexually on camera. Reviewers have been quick to champion not only her charisma and natural beauty, but also the seductiveness of her charming Southern drawl, yet another character trait that makes her stand out as a truly unique member of the adult entertainment community.
Despite the early raves, a look at Carmen's work in the last year suggests that she is continuing to grow. Brad Armstrong's Manhunters exhibited a new maturity from Ms. Hart, both as an actress and as an erotic performer. Not surprisingly, she earned four 2007 AVN nominations, including Best Supporting Actress (for Manhunters) and three sex scene noms for projects like Armstrong's elegant all-sex opus FUCK. At the 2007 AVN Awards Show, she won the Best Group Sex Scene honor for FUCK, and has since received CAVR.Com's MVP Award. A frequent face in the mainstream press, Carmen can currently be seen on the cover of Strip Las Vegas magazine.
As Just Between Us amply reveals, from the poetic beauty of her voice to her mesmerizing charisma on-camera, Carmen Hart never fails to give 100% in everything she does.

PornstarEmpire.com: Can you tell us about your background and how you became interested in a career in the adult industry?
Carmen Hart: Well, I didn't actually plan to be in the adult business. I did a lot of modeling and I used to be a dancer for a club chain on the East Coast. I saw two different features come in and do shows, and I was interested in that - and I became a feature entertainer for about two years. And that's how I met people in the adult business, and then they introduced me to Wicked.
Carmen Hart: Well, I'm always interested in anything that's better than what I'm doing now. I always try to push myself further, and get a little further in life and be more successful.
Carmen Hart: Oh, yeah. With Wicked, I've done one movie - Honky Tonk Girl. Before then, I did some work with New Sensations and Adam & Eve. And I did some solo work for my website only.
Carmen Hart: I did a three-way with Carmen Luvana and a guy...it was probably about half a year ago.
Carmen Hart: Well, I'm pretty sure everyone's nervous the first time. I had a great time...I was working with people I knew very well, and Carmen was a friend, so she kind of helped me out...she made it really easy for me, so it was great.
Carmen Hart: Actually, I do...I just got one yesterday! Eric Masterson was awesome to work with. He's very considerate with the girls that he performs with...and he makes it very easy and comfortable for you to complete your scene. He was great to work with.
Carmen Hart: Yes. I'm bisexual.
Carmen Hart: No, no preference...I enjoy women just as much as I enjoy men.
Carmen Hart: It's hard to say, because I'm not really familiar with a lot of the people in the business yet. But I can say that so far the people that I've worked with have been great. I hope to meet a lot more, but I really couldn't give you an answer yet, because I just don't know that many people.
Carmen Hart: Actually, no...I like it all! I'm very dominant. I like to be a Dom.
Carmen Hart: Well, I'm very open for suggestions. We did a country-western [theme] this past week, and I'd like to get a taste of the old southern belle type of movie, or something on the scary side. I'm scared of the dark...and I'm scared of ghosts...so nothing too scary!
Carmen Hart: I'm actually a seamstress. I sew my feature costumes in my free time. I read a lot. They say if you read it keeps your mind going and your mind won't age as quickly as if you didn't.
Carmen Hart: Yes.
Carmen Hart: Oh yeah, we're definitely talking about that. But that's all I can say right now. I have no idea when or where or how soon that might be done, but we're definitely going to work that in somewhere.
Carmen Hart: Well, I'm very creative when it comes to writing things and having great ideas. I'm already in the process of writing small stories to be made into movies eventually and stuff like that. So I'm hoping that I'll be in the business as long as I choose to - maybe the next five to ten years, maybe longer...there's definitely women who've been in it longer than that. So it depends on how long I can physically handle it, and I'm hoping I can get into something more on the business side, instead of the performing side.
Carmen Hart: Yes. It's www.carmenhart.com. There are galleries, and video clips will be available soon. Also, within the next few months, you'll be able to purchase products that I'll offer - as well as my movies. There are message boards where you can come online and chat with me for free, and there is also a wish list where I list items if members would like to buy something for me...and I send them a thank you. I also post a calendar and a diary where I talk about where I'll be for the week and what I'm doing.
Carmen Hart: It's Carmen@carmenhart.com.
