Evan Stone: I won Best Film Actor and Performer of The Year. ...[Best Film Actor] was for "Adrenaline". Luckily for me, it was with my girlfriend, Jessica Drake.... Evan Stone: ...It's kind of a curious thing: I was a musician...and I got a phone call from an agent for Michael Raven. He said he's doing a pornography movie, would I like to be in it, and I said, "Well, yeah, what part?" He said, "You'll probably just be an extra, stand there, jack off, meet a girl, get a blowjob. Go down, get an AIDS test." Well, in Dallas, an AIDS test is 500 dollars. So I was like, "Boy, I hope this is a good part in the movie." So I get down there and the guy who's supposed to come from California, did not show up. So fortunately for me, I was there...and they made me the costar of the movie.... Michael Raven then came out to Los Angeles to continue his career and I came out here with him....

PornstarEmpire.com: You figured you'd be in music, so this was a surprise?

Evan Stone: Big surprise. Two and half years later, I went back to Dallas and got all my [musical] gear.... It's still sitting in storage now.

PornstarEmpire.com: Why don't you pursue...[music] as a hobby? Are you too busy?

Evan Stone: As a matter of fact, I'm glad you brought that up: Someone approached me with an idea of porno people doing music... I just had a meeting, like five minutes ago, and we're gonna all get together and play this year....

PornstarEmpire.com: Who else is involved?

Evan Stone: Mark Stone, Dale DaBone and we're looking for a bassist...and then we're ready to rock and roll.

PornstarEmpire.com: I know it's maybe a little more acceptable in society for a man to do porn than a woman, but how does your family feel about what your job?

Evan Stone: When I started in the business, I was with a girlfriend and I was straight and honest with her, this is what I'm gonna do for my career. And it excited her and it turned her on, but later when she fell in love with me, I was evil and I needed to be destroyed. ...And I was single for a while, and then I ran into Jessica Drake.... We do the same thing, there's never been any problem, we get along fine. [Recently,] my mom calls me up...small talk, then and we're getting ready to hang up and she goes, "Well, by the way, have you stopped doing porn?". "Uh, no Mom, I haven't." She says, "Well, are you being careful?" I go, "Yeah, I'm being careful." "It's not something you'll do for the rest of your life, right?" I go, "No, I have aspirations of being a producer and director...." And she goes, "Well, good, just be careful--I love you." "I love you, too, Mom." And I hung up the phone going, "Oh my God, my mom just called me and found out I was doing porn!" And I could not figure out for the life of me, why, cause it's obviously satellite television and my mom would never watch anything like this, so I figured it was one of my cousins...[who told her]. Come to find out it was the ex-girlfriend who thought I was evil and was trying to save me by calling my mom up and telling her I was doing pornography.

Evan Stone: Five months ago. Well, then I flew her down here to LA to spend some time with me, cause I really miss my mom--I love her a lot, and...Playboy TV came out to do an interview with me and wanted to know if my mom would do it. ...She...did the interview with me and it was fantastic.
