was made a full 14 years after the original among the backdrop of the AIDS epidemic of the 80s. It plays like an updated version of the original with Artie Mitchell's girlfriend at the time, Missy Manners,
featured in the leading role and includes an even more zany group of club members including an obese woman, mythical creatures, a dwarf and a bearded lady.
The movie was co-directed by Sharon McKnight (Autobiography of a Flea) who also has a cameo appearance performing the title song in Scene 2. The sequel was the beginning of the O'ffarell Theater's campaign to educate performers and the public-at-large about safe sex practices.
