Umm...Jessica Who? 3.5 out of 5.00 - Film: 3 Extras: 3 Video: 4 Audio: 4 - 2/18/2008
Ahh, here we go...another celebrity sex DVD from our friends over at Vivid Pictures. This time around it's American Idol contestant Jessica Sierra, whom I actually don't even remember from the show...but that's not important. What's important is that Jessica loves to get naughty in front of the camera, and that's what you came to see.

The DVD clocks in at roughly 66-minutes, and I would say that about half of that is sexual action, with the other half consisting of Jessica talking to the camera, with most of the time spend dissing her fellow American Idol contestants. Jessica was one of the final 12 contestants during Season 4. According to her, Carrie Underwood is a bitch, Bo Bice is pretty cool, and she lost her virginity to Nikko Smith while they were contestants on the show.

Since her exit from American Idol, Jessica has had a number of run-ins with the law, and it's not hard to figure out why while watching her on this DVD. She seems like a very self-centered and unlikable person in real life. But that can be said about some other adult stars too...so the real question is how good is she performing on camera?

Given her "bad girl" image and a mouth that is clearly in need of a good soap-washing, you'd think Ms. Sierra would be, for lack of a better phrase, "one hot fuck" in the bedroom. Sadly, she's anything but. As her boyfriend pounds away at her in several different scenes on this video, Jessica is anything but vocal, and comes off as darn near virginal at times. She's not very nasty when it comes to sex, which I'm just going to chalk up to inexperience (she is, after all, still in her early 20s).

Since her boyfriend holds the camera most of the time, there's a lot of POV sex on this DVD. Often, the camera is a little closer than I would prefer - meaning in many angles you can only see the penetration, and not the rest of Jessica's body or the reaction on her face. To the boyfriend's credit, most of the time he does a decent job of holding the camera steady (or relatively steady for someone engaging in sex) and most of the scenes are in well-lit environments.

Since most celebrity sex DVDs have a short running time like this one, Vivid has compensated by including a bonus DVD in this release, which contains 15 hardcore trailers and 5 full-length bonus scenes taken from other Vivid adult features. For the record, those bonus scenes consist of the following: Monique Alexander and Marcus London from The American Dream; Lanny Barbie and Van Damage from Intimate Strangers; Stefani Morgan and Kurt Lockwood from Illicit; Savanna Samson and Jerry from Rough Draft; and Cassidey and Scott Nails from Sunburn.

Jessica Sierra's unattractive personality and lack of bedroom skills takes away from what otherwise would rank as one of the better celeb sex titles on the market. But Vivid can't be blamed for that. This is a well put-together, decently shot release that should satisfy those interested in seeing Ms. Sierra do the nasty on camera...I just don't fall into the category of one of those people.

I saw the trailer for this and was looking forward to it because I know who she is (not personally). It was an interesting watch. The first part of the video shows Jessica taking a shower. She's pretty attractive, hot body, very pleasant to look at. There are some areas where they ask her questions about American Idol and she gets kind of sassy (which is a good thing for this film, I think). They show some spread-out bits of her giving a blowjob and having sex with (I believe) her ex-boyfriend.

The action is good, with lots of close-ups (and I mean right up there!), but I was somewhat disappointed in the fact that they didn't shoot a tad further back so their faces and more of their bodies could be viewed as well. At times, it kind of felt as if I was watching the same exact footage since they went about things in a similar fashion. Overall, I would still say it's worth it because she's hot and it's probably one of the better celebrity sex tapes out there.

The rest of the footage consists of Jessica touching herself a little, her getting two tattoos and talking (which I thought was a boring ending...they should have left the best footage for the end).

The preview disc has quite a few trailers and some clips from the movies that total over a half hour, so it's a nice addition to the entire package and something to view after the movie. I think the packaging is quite nice, the disc is yellow to prove that it's the real thing. The only complaint is that it's cardboard -- I like plastic cases better (minor gripe, though).

All in all, I would recommend this.
