I have read a number of sex-help book and seen plenty of videos. While this one is better quality than most, it doesnt really have a whole lot of good tips or advanced techniques. You could learn all this stuff for free by reading online articles. They spend an aweful lot of time repeating the same advice: 1: Learn what he likes by asking. 2: Do it slowly at first.
They go into deep-throating and prostate stuff a little, but the advice isnt that great.
The regular blowjob advice is inferior to information found in massage and sex books.
Much of the first half is a bunch of regular women sitting around, saying they like to please their man but just arent sure how to do it.
Shame because other vids in this series (like the anal sex guide) are much better at providing new, useful information.
I think everyone should rent and watch this at least once, but buying for a good reference is a waste of money. There are more comprehensive sources out there.
