I was never a huge fan of
The Munsters TV series, but I'm familiar enough with it to know that Hustler has done a pretty good job with their
This Ain't The Munsters parody, which does a nifty job of looking like the original sitcom while still managing to present viewers with lots of hot sex.
The movie begins with blonde-haired Sammie Rhodes masturbating in a red chair in a laboratory. She fingers herself passionately and uses a glass vibe on her pussy. Then - poof - Sammie turns into Grandpa Munster (Gavin Wells in a non-sex performance), who can apparently morph into anyone he likes. Talk about killing a hard-on! Anyway, the movie then launches the opening credits, which are filmed to look pretty much like the opening credits for Season 2 of the original show.
The plot to Hustler's movie is razor thin and serves primarily to set up the sex scenes, but it revolves around the 200th wedding anniversary of Herman (Lee Stone) and Lily (Roxy DeVille in a surprisingly good performance). Before we get to that, however, we learn that Marilyn's (Shawna Lenee) boyfriend is returning after serving overseas and the two reconcile with a steamy sex session on the family couch. The boyfriend is played by Mick Blue, who jerks onto Shawna's face at the conclusion of their pairing.
Scene Three finds Grandpa and Herman at the doctor's office, where the physician (Evan Stone) tells Grandpa that he's meeting his fiancé there in a little bit. The fiancé is played by busty brunette Whitney Stevens, and Grandpa takes advantage of the situation by morphing himself to look like Evan so he can have sex with Whitney.
Eddie Munster is played by Trent Soluri, and it looks like Eddie has had a threesome with Aiden Starr and Victoria Sin that was secretly filmed. Now footage of the threesome has hit the media. The only problem with this three-way from a viewing standpoint is that the picture has been tinted to a greenish hue to make it appear like one of those "hidden camera" videos one sees on the Net. It works from a storytelling standpoint, but not from an arousal one, and I found myself wishing Hustler had included the non-tinted version of this scene as a bonus somewhere on this release (they haven't).
Jenna Haze and Voodoo share the next to last scene, which takes place in a cemetery. Of course, there's really no such thing as a bad scene when it comes to Jenna Haze, and she delivers again here. She's dressed in a kind of punk/goth look, with ripped fishnet stockings. This segment ends with a nice blast by Voodoo into her mouth and face.
Lee Stone and Roxy DeVille pair up in the finale, which also takes place in the cemetery. This is a nice pairing, with the only real downside being that the two actors are forced to wear green paint on their entire bodies, with the exception of Lee's cock (I imagine Lee insisted no one was putting green goo on his tool!).
Disc 1 of this set includes the movie, as well as a feature-length audio commentary with Director Anton Slayer. The movie is presented in widescreen anamorphic and looks great on DVD. Audio is presented in 2.0 Dolby. One of the cool things about the movie is the fact that viewers are also given the option to watch it completely in black and white, which surprising works well from a presentation point of view, and puts the title even more in line with the original TV series.
Disc 2 holds the rest of the bonus materials, including a 24-minute Making Of featurette; 5 ½-minutes worth of bloopers; two slide shows; and additional bonus scenes with Jenna Haze (from
A List 2) and Roxy DeVille (from
Cum Stain Girls). The DVD set also comes with a 6-page booklet containing black and white photos of the characters.
As spoofs go,
This Ain't The Munsters is a pretty fun one. If you like porn parodies, this is a title worth picking up.

The cinematography is just annoying and they dont even have much sex with the main cast. They just have a horrible recreation of the Munsters TV show and then cut to other porn actors for the action.
Jenna Haze is alright but not properly used, I think they just snuck her in to help with the sales.
The final scene does have some green on green action, but I dont think it was body paint, just a green filter over the lens or some digital post processing. You could probably do the same thing to any porno by playing with the settings on your TV.
All the extras were on the 2nd disc so I cant comment on them.
Rent it once to see for yourself, but if you watch a lot of porn this wont impress you.
