Although I've read a ton of negative reviews for pussy pumps, I would not let it discourage me. I'm the type of person that has to see it to believe it, or in this case, use it to know if it'll really do the trick. Most women that have used a pussy pump claim that the plastic cup does not fit snuggly enough over their female parts to create good suction. And to be honest, I was afraid the same thing would happen. I don't exactly have a whole lot of extra meat on my bones, which also doesn't help with the suction situation. It does make me wonder why the cup isn't made of a different kind of material that would conform better to any woman's body. This hard plastic cup with a rubber rim does seem to be better suited for thicker women.
Nonetheless, I did the best I could to secure the cup between my legs and get to work. While the pump didn't exactly swell my lady bits to a considerable size, it did stimulate me without physically touching my clit or vibrating. It recommends on the box that once you have used the pump and your nether region has reached the desired size, simply use the quick-release valve. Well, like I said, I couldn't really get much swelling action, but once I felt the stimulation from the suction, I took the cup off and brought myself to orgasm a lot faster than usual.
Since you don't really need any lubricant with this toy, cleanup isn't very complicated. You can detach the hose and the pump in order to give the clear plastic cup a good wash in the sink. Everything is waterproof, so if you need to wash the extra parts of the toy you are able to do so. Storing the toy after you wash it is a bit awkward. This isn't a small, discreet toy, so I kept the box it came in and stored it along with all my shoe boxes in my closet. Luckily, none of my friends wear the same shoe size as me so they won't be rummaging through my closet any time soon.
Although I enjoyed my experience with the pump, it's not something that I would use on a regular basis. I might use it again if I want to try and get off fast or if my partner is feeling a little lazy and wants to bring me to orgasm quickly. Just keep in mind that if you are looking to use this toy for the visuals, the "swelling" doesn't happen for everyone.
