Directed by Andre Madness, ALEXIS FORD'S COLLEGE TAILS is a breezy, easy-going porn which doesn't attempt to be artistic or witty, but merely enjoyable. The whole package really doesn't rise above the average, but that's not to say that there's anything fundamentally wrong with video itself. It's focus is on school girls (college-aged school girls, of course) who look especially good in white tee shirts, plaid skirts, and knee high socks. Each vignette is self-contained, and feature no dialogue. The introductory "drama" is acted out like a silent movie, with performers engaging in strange pantomime. Gasps, moans, and some dirty talk ("Oh, I'm going to cum in your mouth!" Alexis Ford informs Lexi Belle as she teabags her) does boom on the soundtrack once the hardcore begins, but if you're looking for meaningful characterization, or Tarantino-esque dialogue, then don't look to this movie (or any other porno, for that matter).
Four straight scenes and one lesbian affair fill out the two-hour running time. Miss Ford opens the movie in a daydreaming, music video setting where she is paired with Mr. Pete. There are some nice shots of Alexis getting screwed doggy-style and in missionary as her skirt is hiked up, but there's no anal and the money shot lands on her butt. Cute brunette Danni Cole gets it on with her tutor Chris Johnson in a slightly nastier vignette where he splooges in her mouth and she lick him clean. Suzanne Kelly and Rocco Reed contribute a "just okay" moment on a sofa, which judging by the lighting and camera work, looks like it was shot back to back with the previous scene. Fortunately, Alexis spices things up again in the aforementioned lesbian pairing with Lexi Belle, whose girl-next-door looks can make even the weakest of scenes pretty darn memorable. Alexis seems more enthusiastic here, and the frequent teasing, deep kissing, vaginal and anal fingering, and brief rimming really add spice to the excellent pussy-eating. You'll find yourself reverse-searching this scene several more times before going on to the conclusion, which is a very enjoyable, but not especially notable, affair between Tessa Taylor and Dane Cross.
For such a straightforward production, I was impressed by the bonus materials which includes Behind The Scenes with most of the footage devoted to Alexa and includes a minute or two of bloopers; more than thirteen minutes of interviews with each female performer; as well as a bonus scene starring Bree Olson and Brandon Iron excerpted from BREE'S COLLEGE DAZE , with Miss Olson looking quite sexy in a non-plaid short skirt. Video and audio quality is good, even though the lighting itself was a tad too dark in several scenes for my tastes. I can easily recommend COLLEGE TAILS for the offering by Lexi and Alexis, even though the rest doesn't quite match up in quality.
