Check it out! An Adam & Eve feature that doesn't have only blondes on the boxcover! Okay, I'm sorry, but I couldn't resist on that one.
Cheerleaders Academy does seem to have a nice thing going, though, even if there is a decided contrast between some of the younger looking ladies (like Gracie Glam and Amia Miley) and their rapidly aging contract stars (Kayden Kross, especially Alexis Ford).
We'll start with Kayden Kross, as that's probably where they want us to start. A rapidly starting scene, this one, with Tommy Gunn getting himself interested in Kayden's body rather rapidly. Quite a bit of Tommy down on Kayden does lead to just a luscious blowjob sequence by Kayden. This woman is an artist. She also has a really great ass that we get to see while she's riding cowgirl. Never quite noticed that before. But it's also a typical contract star finish, with the cumshot landing on her body while she smiles away. Just very antiseptic feeling.
The next scene opens with a hoola-hoop. Is this a Vouyer Media production? Their depictions of young women get a bit on the creepy side to me, and this exudes quite a bit of that. Then some solo work is followed by Addison Cain performing. This is more the typical Adam & Eve blonde scene, kind of non-descript, not with the most chemistry, doing what they're supposed to do. Some unnecessary close-ups, too. I hate to say it gets monotonous, but it does with the lack of chemistry and with them pretty much staying in the same position. I think it's supposed to be a body shot in the end, but the guy blows it everywhere, getting everything from her face to her stomach.
It's kind of a shame that Gracie Glam and Amia Miley are tucked away in an all girl scene. Worse still that it's with Alexis, who just seems so hesitant in everything she does on camera. Slow and deliberate, but in an awkward way. A tepid scene with nice-looking women. Too much close-up work again, lacking the type of medium shot establishers that give us a sense of scene. Blah.
Kayden winds up bookending this film, getting the final scene with Randy Spears as well. Lots of concentration again on the art of the blowjob, though again, like the all-girl scene, we're zoomed in for too long, too much. And that's really the theme for this scene, which is something that appears to be an epidemic in porn lately. Again, too, it's the kind of scene where both performers are doing their thing, but it doesn't feel like they're doing that thing together. Crotch shot in the end.
On the plus side, there's a bonus scene for this flick. More on the plus side, it's Tory Lane. On the minus side? Well, I can't think of one when Tory is performing. An older scene this one ? you can tell that much by the video quality here. There's almost a little Paper Mario kind of 2D sense about this one, in fact. I can't really explain it, but there's something in the video transfer that doesn't look quite right. It's a nerd gets to fuck the cheerleader stereotype for this one. It's even an anal Tory scene, which I always love, with some tasty reverse cowgirl action. I don't know that I appreciate enough how pretty Tory really is, though it's easy to profess love for a girl so willing to take it up the ass. Good sized body shot in the end.
Maybe it says something that I like the bonus scene more than the feature itself. Maybe I just have a thing for Tory Lane. But I found
Cheerleaders Academy to be just a bit underwhelming in what it was presenting to us. Some of it is surely that Adam & Eve is trying to showcase their contract stars, even if they don't have the presence to carry a film.
Cheerleaders Academy isn't a bad film, but there are plenty of reminders that it could be much better.
