Double Feature is amazing. It's that simple. Winner of ten - yes ten - AVN awards, Double Feature is an enigma among adult features. How so, you ask? Easy. Team up mega-director Jonathan Morgan with a cast that stars Serenity, Jewel De'Nyle, Randy Spears and Mickey G. Toss in a well-scripted spoof on 1950's style horror flicks, and there you go. It doesn't hurt to have a Wicked Pictures budget, either. Every detail is in place - believable sets, eye-popping sex, and even great acting. This is the total package!

To set the mood, a few "previews" are shown. Right from the start, you feel as though you're sitting in a theatre circa 1955, settling in to watch big screen stars battle monsters and space invaders from Uranus. Clever lines are used, such as Suzie Cheesecake (Serenity) and Rip Rockwell (Randy Spears) in a preview of a "Night of the Living Dead"-like scene in which Serenity says, "I'm all out of wood," as she searches for anything to board up the windows. Spears, in a deadpan voice replies, "I got wood for you, baby!", as he pulls her head to his crotch. Eventually the first feature begins, and I'm glued to the screen.

Attack of the Killer Bimbos From Outer Space is our first feature. Savage slut-girl aliens (namely Jewel De'Nyle, Shanna McCulluogh, and Kara Evers) come to Earth only to turn the men into mindless sex zombies. Eager to accomplish their goals, Clitora (De'Nyle) orders Vulva (McCullough) and Labius (Evans) to begin their domination of Earthmen with the slack jawed yokels Mickey G and Ian Daniels. Shot in black and white, the picture fades to color during the sex scenes. It makes for a nice contrast, highlighting the sex so as not to get lost in the intriguing dialogue and story line.

The aliens run rampant through the countryside. They take no prisoners. Even the mighty commandos of the US Army don't stand a chance against the cum guzzling sluts from space. Putting the finishing touches on their domination, De'Nyle heads for General Slomo (Hershel Savage), easily seducing him. It's time for our heroes Serenity and Spears to save the day. Working diligently, Serenity discovers a radioactive serum that when ingested by a male, makes his cum a radioactive spooge weapon. Allowing himself to be taken prisoner, Spears infiltrates the alien spacecraft. He fucks them all, dowsing the aliens with his potent man juice killing them all. Hooray!

The next feature is a take-off of the classic Frankenstein. Serenity plays the mad scientist; hell bent on creating a man that can satisfy all her sexual needs. Spears is the outcome, complete with powder blue tux. After slamming Serenity's assistant Tabitha (Sana Fey), Spears sets out on his own to fornicate with the locals. I must say that Double Feature contains some of the best acting and on-screen dialogue that I've ever witnessed in adult film. This film is in league with such classic spoofs as Mars Attacks and Plan 9 From Outer Space ... it's easy to see why Serenity and Spears won awards for best acting, and why Morgan won for best director. Also of note is the humor. This is funny stuff! Genuinely humorous. For instance, when Spears drinks the alien-killing serum he proudly announces, "I'll give those bitches a blast of joy juice they'll never forget!" Likewise, the three stooges-like commandos bungle and trip over themselves like special Olympic dropouts. Don't miss this one!

Remember the days when they used to run those great old B-movies late at night on the television? They were usually hosted by some guy dressed in a vampire suit or some large breasted model. The movies were God-awful, the special effects were horrible and the plots were incomprehensible. But boy, were they a lot of fun! Director Jonathan Morgan pays homage to those great old movies in DOUBLE FEATURE, winner of 10 AVN awards, and now available on DVD for the first time.

The DVD begins with some cute "Coming Attractions", the first of which is my favorite of the lot. It is a take on "Night of the Living Dead" and features some zombies who are looking to gangbang sultry Serenity. Of course, you don't have to be a zombie to want to spend some time with her, do you? The trailer ends with an obvious, but still hilarious joke from Randy Spears, the first of many great lines from Randy in this film.

Now we get to the first movie of our double feature. It concerns a group of Aliens, led by Jewel De'Nyle and her companions Shanna McCullough and Kary Evers. The aliens land on a farm and take advantage of two local yokels, played by Mickey G. and Ian Daniels. Although the movie's plot takes place in letterboxed black and white, Jonathan Morgan does a smart thing by switching to full-frame color when the sex begins. We want to see these girls close up and in color!

Next, we are introduced to our two heroes, a scientist played by Serenity and her lab assistant, played by Randy Spears. Serenity is married, but having an affair with Randy. It's not long before Randy has the lovely blonde up on the examination table and is giving her a complete physical, if you catch my meaning! There are few stars out there who can match Serenity when it comes to energy, passion and downright sexiness. Oh, and the great legs, perfect chest and great flexibility doesn't hurt either! Needless to say, this is one of the best scenes in the movie.

However, if Serenity is the most passionate adult actress, Jewel De'Nyle (at least in this performance) gets my vote for one of the naughtiest...at least when it comes to verbalization. She takes advantage of Herschel Savage (playing a general) in a hot scene, in which at almost every point Jewel is begging him to "fuck her alien bimbo pussy", or a variation on that phrase. Not only is Jewel a naughty girl, but she knows how to stay in character as well!

I won't ruin all the fun by telling you how the aliens are defeated, but let's just say that it involves Randy Spears and all of the alien women and leave it at that!

Unfortunately, the second feature, which is a take on the Frankenstein story isn't nearly as entertaining as the alien invasion story was. Serenity is Dr. Shelly, who after experiencing both men (Mickey G.) and women (Stephanie Swift), decides the only way she can be sexually satisfied is to create her own man! The monster she creates is played by Randy Spears, who has a lot of fun growling and walking around like a monster for the remainder of the film.

After a little fun with Sana Fey in the laboratory, Randy roams the country side looking for pussy (hey, a lot of us non-monster types do that as well...but we're not as successful as Randy!). He meets up with a Hungarian girl played by Ursula Moore. Although the sex in this final scene is pretty run-of-the-mill, it ends with a great facial that fans are sure to love.

Although it runs out of steam somewhat in the second half, DOUBLE FEATURE is another really good picture from Wicked, and a showcase for the comedic skills of Randy Spears, who keeps us attentive and laughing in between the sex scenes. Serenity deserves a lot of credit as well as she shows a talent for tickling the funny bone (and we already know her talent for tickling that OTHER bone!).

The extras on the DVD are not extensive, but what is provided is first-rate. There are biographies of the actors which includes video from the film and audio telling you about each person. There is also footage of the AVN awards which DOUBLE FEATURE won. This was nice to see since the actors come off just as appealing in real life as they do on screen. Additionally, there are four trailers from other Wicked titles: Flashpoint, Satyr, Conquest, and Crazed.

This is one movie that demands a permanent space in your DVD collection. It is a MUST for Serenity fans, and anyone who likes a little fun and less seriousness in their porn. I can't wait to see the sequel!
