The Amish community has always been typecast as a group of reclusive and repressed Puritans, but in
Amish Daughters, director Jerome Tanner finally exposes the sexual depravity that lay dormant in the Amish mind. If you're hoping for another Harrison Ford spectacle with little Amish boys hiding in bathrooms, you needn't look here. In what could best be described as a "culture piece," Tanner does not hesitate to reveal all that is shocking and controversial in this masterwork of hard-hitting Amish hardcore. Tanner also takes this opportunity to showcase a bright new star in the industry: Melissa West, a blue-eyed blonde bombshell who not afraid to take a little spanking for her naughty behavior. (You might remember Melissa West from such films as
Melissa West AKA: Filthy Whore and
Planet of the Babes.)
The opening credits portray a picturesque Amish countryside, far from the burden of modern living and free from the imposing technological advances that make our lives all that more complex. We meet Miss Marion (the completely adorable Gwen Summers), a simple Amish girl content with her daily ritual of sweeping dirt off her front porch. Suddenly, out of the corner of her eye, she spots something odd amongst the foliage. A strange mechanical gizmo has apparently fallen from the sky (a la
The Gods Must Be Crazy) and landed in the unsuspecting lap of Miss Marion and her eager companions. Marion takes the device to Brother Obadia (Dale DaBone, in his finest role); an Ebonically inclined Amish rebel, who is more concerned with adding hydraulics to his carriage than monotonous daily chores. Obadia informs her that the godsend gizmo is in fact a digital video camera and that, "Oh look, there is already some footage on it." As the innocent Amish couple peer into the viewfinder, they find the sexy Melissa West engaged in an act of sexual wickedness. (Although, this is the only appearance by Ms. West in the film.) It doesn't take long for Brother Obadia to convince Marion and her eager friend, Miss Edna (the delicious Adriana Sage) to "put the good book back on the shelf" and make a freaky Amish hardcore porno in order to make some money. The two girls agree, deciding that they are tired of being technologically impaired. The sex and debauchery begins!
The only problem with their little scheme is that the other members of their community are not as easily persuaded to enter a life of sin through recreational coitus. With some gentle coaxing, however, could anyone resist the sultry charms of an Amish whore? In one scene we find Miss Marion preparing for her role by wearing some sexy lingerie and psyching herself up in front of a mirror, saying, "Do you wanna fuck me?" She is then found by the conservative Brother Jeremiah (Joel Lawrence) who, at first, condemns her for her actions, but it doesn't take long before Marion is down on her knees and stuffing her mouth full of hot Amish cock. Another great scene is when the slang-talking Obadia convinces the prudish Miss Eve (Nina Ferrari, a gorgeous blonde with a perfectly tight body) to be in the porno film with him. Obadia cleverly pulls his carriage over because "the horse is overheating," then shows her the temptations of the flesh in a nice carriage-style fuck scene.
Once the elders get wind of their children's mischievous behavior, they catch them in the act of rehearsing for the porno film. Father Zechariah and his wife (Dillion Day and Jewel DeNyle) try to put a stop to their evil debaucheries, sending them home and taking their camera away. Finally the parents realize that kids will be kids, and shouldn't be punished. Then Father Zechariah relents, saying, "Yeah, I guess you're right. Now get on over here so I can eat that dirty asshole, you filthy Amish whore!" The wholesome looking Amish wife suddenly rips off her dress to reveal full bondage garb underneath, exclaiming, "Fuck my Amish Ass!" Hot damn!
Legend does an outstanding job of providing a lot of extra material to make this DVD a great buy, not to mention the superb production value of the film as well as the disc. There is slide show and bios of all the Legend stars, giving the viewer a keen insight into the lives of their favorite pornstars. Also worth mentioning is the Behind the Scenes footage, which has the cast and crew joking around on the set as the film's director, Jerome Tanner, goes on an insane rant about chicken fucking. What more could you ask for?
