Sierra Sinn was born on July 6th, 1982, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Sierra is a petite but enticing starlet with a 34A-25-34 frame. After studying nursing and graphic design, Sierra made a decision to get into the adult film industry in 2005 until her retirement in 2007. Despite working in the industry for only 2 years, Sierra starred in an impressive 193 adult films.
