Ass Worship marks Jules Jordan's debut with Evil Angel. After cutting his teeth on Rosebud's popular Bottom Feeders and Heavy Metal lines, he made the move to John Stagliano's prestigious company. Fans of his past work will be glad to know he made the transition without missing a beat.

Things get off to a great start as Bella struts her stuff in front of the camera. Her red fishnet stalkings act as subtle guides, pulling the viewer's gaze upward over her calves and thighs until fixating on her luscious ass. Jules handles the camera work really well here as if paying homage to the master...and his new boss. This worship session ultimately pays off as Jules eventually takes it upon himself to inaugurate his Evil Angel debut by tapping Bella's puckered hole. In addition to some great insertion shots, Jules makes sure Bella gets the opportunity to taste her own ass juices as he frequently pulls out and plunges his ass tainted cock into her anxious mouth. Following some deep throat theatrics, Bella gets doused by one of the messiest one man facials I've ever seen. By the time Jules is finished unloading his goo, her face looks like the aftermath of an all day bukkake session.

Up next is 19 year-old Kaylee. This cute blonde's appeal is somewhat peculiar. Throughout her scene, and even in the bonus footage, she comes off as a girl who's not very experienced. Jewel starts by teasing the viewers with a number of toys including a rather large butt plug; considering what lies ahead it's probably a wise provision. Eventually, Lex comes into frame and begins kneading her ass cheeks, failing to hide his excitement. Following a nice fellatio segment, Jewel threads her pussy around Lex's rod in a cowgirl position. Jules is right behind her with the camera to capture the action as her ass bounces up and down while she fucks Lex...a great shot! Later, Jewel continues to take the initiative in a doggy position as she grinds her rump into Lex while his cock slides in and out of her ass. Finally, Jade Marcella is up in a scene that has all the trappings of a circus sideshow act. It's appropriate that the scene starts with a close-up of Jade's tight butthole, because by the end of the scene, this same orifice will be quite unrecognizable. Jules begins by placing various objects in Jade's ass; large rubber beads, dildos, butt plugs, etc. He then has her impale her ass on a huge rubber dong suctioned to the glass door of a shower stall. This setup provides an interesting perspective as Jules shoots from the opposite side of the glass door. This segment immediately (and smoothly) transitions into some real flesh and blood cock action as Erik Everhard volunteers his member for the "Jade Marcella Ass Experiment". Jules gets ready to join the action while Jade and Erik go through warm-ups. In one of the more brilliant setups, Jules shuttles between her pussy, ass, and mouth, while Erik (stuck below) settles for any vacancy he can find. The quality of the action is further enhanced by Evil Angel's great DVD transfer. Jules' all digital footage looks great throughout without noticeable pixelation or compression artifacts. The audio also sounds pretty good, even if it's a little hard to hear from scene to scene. In addition to EA's usual extras, there's nearly 40 minutes of extra footage. The footage is compiled in a rough but linear fashion and features stuff that didn't make it into each scene's final cut. Included is a segment where Jules tries to insert a giant black butt plug into Jade's ass; I guess it didn't fit.

Jules Jordan's Ass Worship is a great effort for his Evil Angel debut. If you're a fan of his previous work, then you'll like this stuff too. However, I still think his work is a bit too structured to earn a perfect score... with the exception of the last scene. I'd also like to see him work with larger groups. His budget may not be up to that challenge just yet, but perhaps in the future. With a bit more work and some imagination, Jules has the potential to match the expertise of his esteemed colleagues. Many of us are hesitant when it comes to "change". We the people tend to both appreciate and covet things as they are...or should be. Included in that generalization...porn. Fans and followers of Evil Angel, John "Buttman" Stagliano, and his talented entourage of directors, like things just the way they are. It's a solid company providing a trustworthy product. Fans know exactly what they're going to get, in an EA product. But change is an inevitable fact of human existence, sometimes we should just embrace it. Point to be made...EA has a new guy. He's a director, he's on-screen talent, he's young and he's not perfect, but I say "Let's give him a chance."

Jules Jordan, as his bio reports, achieved the virtually unachievable. A young East Coast smut shop clerk makes it to the big time with a camera and a dream...that's pretty much the story. Jules Jordan managed to land work with Pleasure and Rosebud, after bigwigs caught wind of his admirable amateur work. So, with a couple popular pro-flicks under his belt and the notice of Buttman himself, Jules truly hits the big time with Ass Worship for Evil Angel.

Ass Worship is the first of a probable series. True to it's name, this DVD embodies most if not all that an ass aficionado would require of a film, unless you're as finicky as me. Five delectable backsides, four of which get pleasingly pummeled, are photographed with complete respect for all butt-lovers. Further, as expected with an EA feature, contained within this series debut: tease, A2M and toys galore. What more could an anal-freak ask for? Well...to be quite honest... there are a couple things to mention. First, though, let's continue with the plus-points.

The main menu, complete with motion graphics and devilish score, offer viewers four primary options; play the movie, fetish menu, chapter breakdown (5 main, 49 total) and a special features section. Within the SF section, everything from cast lists to bios to extra footage is neatly packaged and easily accessible. As always, Evil Angel never cuts corners with extra material. The video quality is crisp, but the audio was only fair. Not annoying per se, just could've been better.

As for the body of Ass Worship, attractive to absolutely scorching girls combined with explicitly hardcore anal sex earns top scores. From brunette Bella's sampling of virtually every type of anal toy to Kaylee's first d.p., the heat factor goes through the roof. This, plus plenty more, is magnificently topped off by gorgeous Jade Marcella's ass exploitation and "surprise" climactic finale. Indeed, I can't even begin to explain just how "hot" the material is.

Alas, here comes the few, but necessarily mentioned, downsides.

Again, Jules Jordan is still unseasoned, as I see it. That is perfectly okay, but some little things definitely show that fact. For instance, the simple repetition of a single phrase can absolutely drive me bonkers. How many times can a guy say, "Umm...yeah, umm... yeah". After a while I could not help but notice that line...over and over again. Next up, camera angles. Now, for strokers out there, you may enjoy that which I'm about to bash. Along with EA's token tease and anal fixations, I've found that, no matter the director, all participating talent is made very visible in each scene. So, in essence, viewers get an eyeful of "people" having sex. With the exception of the Lexington Steele/Jewel DeNyle pairing, most of the chapters in Ass Worship allow viewers only brief shots of the males attached to fleshy appendages. Ultimately, I was left contemplating Jordan's audience. Is this supposed to be an "imagine it's you" flick or is it designed to appeal to all demographics of Evil Angel's fan base. Though the actual photography was kept steady and clear, somehow this sole centralization on a "mystery dick" popping in and out of a hot chick's ass or mouth, well, it loses some of it's eroticism.

Don't get me wrong, aside from those few negatives, Ass Worship truly delivers the goods. It's like this: Buttman invited Jordan to work under the prestigious EA name for a reason - Jordan has great promise. His intentions are good, his ass-fixation is genuine, and the end result is as hardcore as one would expect from Evil Angel. If gonzo, anal sex and women with no restraint are your cup of tea, give Jules Jordan a go. Overall, I think you'll be glad you did. One last remark: everything the box claims...it's indeed in there!

No matter how you get from beginning to end, these folks have assembled some of the sexiest asses around and have found a way of presenting them that elevated my ass fixation to a whole new level. There aren't tons of adult videos that I would insist on owning - but this is one of them!

However, it is clearly some of the performances that make this movie: Belladonna delivers the best performance I have seen her give. Sandra Knight drove me crazy with that rubber "fuck me" skirt. Jewel De'Nyle shows she can move that ass like no other.

You know those flicks where you think, it'd be prefect if it wasn't for the annoying music, or it'd be so much better if the camera angle was different, etc.? Ass Worship is different, at least for me.

Each of the scenes start slow, giving the viewer a full, close body inspection, focusing heavily on the girl's ass as you would expect. What's really nice is that during these scenes the girls walk around with the camera following their ass at close quarters to watch it move. If you're fascinated by women's butts as you walk down the street, you'll get off on this stuff.

All the featured girls are really hot, Jewel DeNyle being by far my favorite, she makes all the right moves. The lighting and picture quality is solid, and the sound's great too. The action is amazing! I couldn't fault a thing and can't wait for more!
