Without a doubt, Randy West's venerable UP & CUMMERS series is one of the most consistently entertaining and satisfying porn franchises featuring some of the best looking women (pro and amateur) in the industry. For instance, U&C 49, in which Randy gets to foul a pair of stunning, young Eastern European identical twins, and U&C 73, featuring a nearly hour-long sexual marathon with gorgeous Tera Patrick, are must-have's for any porn collection. However, even a great artist occasionally fails to live up to his full potential. Such is the case with UP & CUMMERS 101. Although U&C 101 features Randy's trademarked boner-inducing young ladies, the action is routine and lacks the excitement of the above-mentioned entries. Nevertheless, even a less-than-stellar U&C film is still better than 95% of the other material on the market.
Randy, looking tan, rested and ready in his tight jeans and swarthy silk shirt, first introduces us to Carmen Luvara, a petite yet curvy 20-year-old Puerto Rican dancer from Miami. (Even though she is Puerto Rican, Carmen bears a vague resemblance to pornstar Devon). Carmen is undeniably hot with long blonde hair and lusciously full breasts. Randy goes through the usual motions of getting some background info from his lovely volunteer and having her strip before getting down to business. The two trade off oral favors before Carmen gets on all fours for some doggy action. Although I was a bit peeved at Carmen's quiet and subdued lovemaking, once Randy puts his pelvis into overdrive Carmen becomes a bit more vocal. The two go through the standard motions with Randy ultimately releasing in Carmen's waiting mouth.
Next up is Tawny Roberts, an industry newcomer of three months at the time of this film. Tawny is the prototypical California girl. A tall, thin knockout 22-year old blonde from San Diego with a firm body and an ass to die for. Poor Randy is reduced to spectator status, however, as Tawny gets it on with her boyfriend, Ricky. (If you ever wondered what sort of guy gets to fuck those tall blonde hotties you find in Southern California, Ricky is the prime example. A tall, tattooed, alpha-male with six-pack abs, and spiky, moussed, blonde-tipped hair. Is it any wonder I hate (and envy) guys like this?) Anyway, Tawny gives a fun, vocal performance as Ricky licks, fingers and bangs her in multiple positions. Unfortunately, Randy's single-camera production fails to catch some of Tawny's expressiveness while focusing on her busy hole. The duo wrap things up with a less-than-thrilling internal cumshot (the camera has to linger on some of the glistening residue on Tawny's privates as proof of completion) and we follow Tawny to the shower for some post-game personal hygiene.
Lacey, a cute, petite African-American girl from U&C 100 also stops by to make use of Randy's bathroom for a quick shower (and nothing more). These shower scenes are nice but dull and seem to be little more than filler material to pad out the disc.
Finally, porn star Jada Fox, an attractive, shapely Asian girl who bears a vague similarity to Asia Carrerra but sports some unfortunate nipple rings and tattoos, shows up for a rather mundane session with male pornstar, Julian. Jada is definitely easy on the eyes but her performance is somewhat distant and perfunctory. The two go through the usual routines with Julian completing in Jada's mouth.
All in all, UP & CUMMERS 101, is a decent if forgettable entry in the long running series. All the girls are fun to look at (with Tawny being the real stand-out) but the action is routine and lacking real energy and excitement. None of the girls exhibit any particularly unique sexual moves and Randy's continued use of only one camera misses out on some of the ladies' facial expressions and more interesting angles which, if properly edited together later, might add to the excitement. Nevertheless, the existing camerawork is crisp and the action is well lit. The sound is also generally at acceptable levels. Randy's films are also thankfully free of annoying commercials and include generous chapter stops at nearly every change in the action. A photo gallery and six trailers are also included. Bottom line, while UP & CUMMERS 101 is serviceable and may get the job done for you, with over 100 entries in the great UP & CUMMERS series there are plenty of others that are far more entertaining than this one.
