I also found director Brad Armstrong's choice to vary between lengthy lesbian scenes, straight sex and a masturbation sequence uniquely pleasurable. This DVD is perfect for couples viewing or for a moment of indulgence when you have some time home alone.

Placing Wicked contract girl Devinn Lane on the cover of VEGAS OR BUST is a surefire way to pique this reviewer's interest in this DVD. To me, this brown-eyed brunette is one of the most photogenic women working in adult. And every time she graces the cover of one of Wicked's features, including IN STYLE, SILENT ECHOES, and BORDELLO BLUES, it's an automatic must-buy for me.
Yet even if my admitted partialities weren't at play here, I would have given this disc serious consideration based on a quick glance at the star-studded cast which includes Inari Vachs, Miko Lee and Briana Banks among others. So allow me to cut to the chase and simply affirm that this is yet another excellent title from director Brad Armstrong, an actor turned director who is quickly becoming one of the most prolific filmmakers of the business.
VEGAS OR BUST isn't as ambitious or as grand as his other movies like EUPHORIA, FLASHPOINT and DREAM QUEST, but it is a fun-filled, shot-on-video feature which packs a lot of heat and eroticism despite its small scale. And because of its breezy style and lack of pretensions, the overall effect makes it one of the better pornos I've seen in quite awhile. While epics like James Avalon's TABOO 2001 and Michael Raven's EVOLUTION are excellent films in their own right, VEGAS OR BUST is simply more enjoyable and more carnally satisfying. Adopting the basic themes of Las Vegas, the viewer is presented with vignettes featuring showgirls, gambling, lounge singers, counting rooms, and quickie weddings (but no dinner buffets!). The director admits on the audio commentary that there was no real location shooting for the movie, but we get is a reasonably acceptable facsimile of the City Of Sin, with well-designed costumes, props and basic sets. While not as dazzling as the real thing, VEGAS OR BUST still gives us a good time.
Beginning with some sensual eye candy focused on Devinn and Tanya Danielle vamping it up and exchanging kisses in Las Vegas showgirl costumes, we are eased into a hot lesbian scene which is glitzier and sexier than anything you might find on the Vegas Strip. The interaction with dildos and hot pussy eating would keep anybody away from the money-hungry slot machines for hours of repeated watching.
Devinn and Mark Davis play a little roulette before getting overly horny for each other in a scene where only dealer Briana Banks gets cocked. Devinn fans probably know that she only limits herself to girl-girl action, but is willing to make out with Mark and suck his fingers straight out of Briana's pussy. Ms. Banks takes it to the bank when she gets throat fucked and anal-ized by Davis with Devinn in close proximity.
Inari Vachs gets it on with Bobby Vitale and Jason McCain in the counting room, and she looks especially sexy in a short-skirt business suit and sunglasses (then again, Inari could be wearing an old sweat shirt and sweat pants and still look stunning). The anal shots are also well-captured in standing doggy and missionary action. And certainly, no Inari scene would be complete without the cum facials, and they don't disappoint here.

Finally, Brittany Andrews and Jason McCain play a couple who get married in a drive-thru chapel. The busty, blue-eyed blonde shows off her body while in her sexy wedding dress, and the two celebrate their honeymoon in the car. Their scene is straightforward and no-nonsense, but arousing nonetheless due to the hard pounding received by Brittany.
As always, Wicked loads up this DVD with a plethora of extras including a behind the scenes featurette, brief interviews with Devinn and Brittany, and a video of the box cover shoot with her modeling that sexy low cut red dress. The audio bios are always entertaining (although there are some misspellings, including the word "tongue" on Devinn's bio) and informative (just whose sexy voice is it that we hear on the disc?). But the best extras are the audio commentary by Devinn and Brad who speak playfully throughout the film. Believe me, you'll end up watching this movie at least twice just to hear the two shoot the breeze on the soundtrack, especially when they get to the scene of Devinn singing ("don't quit your day job, baby!" Devinn comments to herself). The great thing about Wicked videos is that the extras are almost as entertaining as the main feature and can be watched on their own.
There are several easter eggs on this disc, which I obtained through a top secret, inside source at Wicked DVD (for the sake of anonymity, I'll call him "David C." No, wait...I'll just refer to him as "D. Crawford"). Since I lack any ability in solving puzzles, and have never been able to finish a maze of Pac Man on my own, I admit that finding these eggs took cheating on my part. If you want to hunt for them yourself, then stop reading this review...

There are five eggs total, and three of them have are highlighted as a pair of dice, while the other two are invisible. Though this movie isn't quite as well-made as Martin Scorsese's CASINO, everyone comes out a winner in VEGAS OR BUST, especially the fans. Betting on this disc is a sure thing!
