Real Big Tits 4 delivers on its titular promise as all but one of the fillies featured sports a set of genuine, massive mamms. here, the sex (including a g/g with strap-on) is reasonably hot throughout.
Video and sound quality is quite good. Previews for other Channel 69 products and minimal chapter stops are the only DVD bonuses.
