Making a sequel to the longest running series in adult film history carries with it a sense of immense responsibility. Beginning with Georgina Spelvin's introduction to hell back in 1972, The Devil in Miss Jones saga has transcended three decades, garnering praise from fans and critics alike. After his success on 1998's Café Flesh 2, Antonio Passolini was up to the task of paying hell another visit. Following in the legendary footsteps of directors like Gerard Damiano and Gregory Dark, Passolini had much to live up to, but he wasn't exactly a novice; he worked with The Dark Bros. as the writer of the third and fourth installments. However, directing the follow up to Dark's masterpiece DMJ5: The Inferno wasn't going to be easy.

In this latest version, Stacy Valentine landed the coveted role of Ms. Justine Jones. Like Passolini's directorial responsibilities, Stacy had some hefty shoes to fill. Assuming the role of Ms. Jones is sort of like becoming the new James Bond; there's certain expectations that must be met in order to prolong the heritage of the character. Georgina Spelvin (1 & 2) brought an innocent and natural curiosity to the role, while Lois Ayres (3 & 4) provided a harder edge, but still exhibited some timid behavior. Juli Ashton (5) took Ms. Jones to another level as a reserved young woman who eventually harbors a ravenous appetite for hard and nasty sex...not to mention cum. Stacy's rendition is closest to Lois Ayres', playing a sexual opportunist who finds herself way over her head.

While Ms. Jones is an active player, the overall narrative focuses on two succubi scouring the earth for men's souls. The succubi (played by Vicca & Nikita) are accidentally summoned from hell when Justine reads a mysterious incantation which her boyfriend (Randy Spears) deciphered. As the succubi wreck havoc on the world, the devil (Tina Tyler) needs Justine's help track them down and ultimately return them back to hell.

While the main storyline is pretty basic, the movie has various inconsequential segments whose only presence is to initiate a sex scene. For example, Justine attends a poolside casting call with a hotshot producer (Michael J. Cox) and ends up doing much more than reading a few lines. Usually deviations like this would be a distraction, but the quality of the scenes are so great that I didn't really care if it had nothing to do with the story. Plus, the scenes fit into the movie's flow.

I've never been a huge Stacy Valentine fan, but her scenes in DMJ6 have made me reanalyze that stance. Stacy has four scenes and they're all hotter than hell! Her first one takes the form of a dream sequence as she skips down a hallway dressed as little red riding hood; complete with skirt, pig tails, and exposed breasts with "X" shaped tape over her nipples. It may sound a little weird, but trust me, it's fucking hot! She eventually comes to a room and has sex with her version of the big bad wolf: a freakish guy called the "Bee Keeper" (Steve Hatcher) who even plunders her tight little asshole. Her next scene is the poolside screw with Michael J. Cox which is pretty standard stuff, but she has a way of making even the most basic setups look extremely intense. Her third scene looks like something directly from the vault of Greg Dark as she joins Tina in a tag team match against two masked wrestlers (Chris Cannon & John Strong). Everything from the costumes to the set design (white and pink checkered shag carpet) push the bizarre factor over the edge, which is a welcome sight. Her last scene is a relatively straight one with Randy Spears, but she wears hot little black plastic outfit and gloves to enhance the kink factor.

Out of the nine standard scenes, all of them are noteworthy, but it's Juli Ashton's turn as Nurse Ratchet that nearly steals the show. The scene is initiated as an action movie star (Chris Cannon again) picks up one of the succubi (Nikita) and intends to use her as a sexual slave in his makeshift bondage dungeon. But the tables are turned when the succubus breaks free and takes a liking to the star's assistant, Nurse Ratchet. Decked out in the cliché nurse's uniform, Juli looks absolutely stunning, and quickly becomes the center of attention as she accepts cock, tongues, and dildos in every orifice. She even gets sandwiched, with Nikita fucking her pussy (with a red strap-on) from below, while Chris attacks from above, driving his wide tool deep into her ass. As DPs go, this is about as hot as it gets! I was happy to see Juli's return in this installment; someone needed to show them how it's done!

Working with Gregory Dark definitely had a positive influence on Passolini. Although not quite as sharply edited or fine tuned as Dark's, the scenes in DMJ6 are expertly shot and well lit. Dark's knack for kink and fetish is definitely present in the various sets and fantastic costume design. Vicca and Nikita's black cat suits (see the cover) look incredible and definitely add to the scene with Randy Spears. Likewise, Stacy's wrestling outfit, little red riding hood gear, and Juli's nurse uniform go a long ways in projecting an added depth of eroticism to their respective scenes. If some of these outfits appeared in other movies it probably wouldn't work, but everything melds together seamlessly here. Wardrobe is frequently overlooked in pornos, but this movie shows how it can greatly contribute to a scene and create an intensity of it's own.

Compared to the competition, DMJ6 is a pretty mind blowing DVD. Even though it was released over two years ago, the production values still stand out as one of the best adult DVDs I've seen as of yet. Everything from the picture to sound is top notch. Shot on video, the picture is textured to look like film, but this doesn't affect the quality of the image. Instead, it makes the picture look a bit more sleek and high-end. The sound is presented in standard Dolby 2.0, but the mixing is near perfect. Like Dark's films, music is a big part of the production and it actually compliments the scenes instead of distracting from them. Even though there's plenty of music, voices (including screams and moans) can be heard with no problem at all. The disc is loaded with several wonderful extras including a commentary (with Stacy and Tina), a short behind the scenes featurette, two interviews, and several bonus scenes. On top of the nine scenes in the movie, there's a full deleted scene featuring Nikita taking on a rock star. Keeping with the theme, there's two bonus scenes from DMJ3 and one from DMJ5 with Juli Ashton getting gangbanged.

While I don't think it's the best in the series, DMJ6 is still an incredible movie and definitely the best DVD out of the five currently available. Antonio Passolini delivers both quality and volume, making this a fine addition to any porn fan's collection. Even if you're not a huge Stacy Valentine fan, you gotta check this out; it might change your mind.

If you have had the pleasure of seeing Boogie Nights, which every good American man should, DMJ6 accomplishes what Dirk Diggler could not, a porno with a plot which you actually want to watch. Don't tell anybody, but this movie actually has a pretty good storyline.

For you South Park fans out there you will appreciate the Succubus. These are women who terrorize men. They are demons who suck our souls from us, and in DMJ6 they find it easiest to do it through our cocks. Sounds pretty much like reality.

The myth of the Succubus is the foundation for this sixth installment of the classic series. Justine Jones, played by sexy bitch Stacy Valentine, accidentally recites a verse which brings two Succubus' to earth. These two emperors of evil turn out to be the sex kittens of Satan (who at the beginning of DMJ6 is revealed to be a woman... well, duh). Satan's soldiers terrorize the city first sucking and fucking the soul out of Justine's fiance. Justine, being the one who inadvertantly released the Succubi from Hell, must also send them back by reciting a different verse. She is asked by the Devil herself to do this as the "Queen of all that is evil" doesn't want them to reak havok on earth (isn't she a nice little devil?).

Fortunately, in the end, Justine and the Princess of Pain catch the Succubi and send them back to Hell. While they chase these vixens down we get the pleasure of enjoying nine sex scenes in total, The women throughout the journey were definitely a collection of sexy girls, even though some of them were dressed in black patent leather, which is not my bag. Two are pretty disappointing however, particularly the lesbo scene from hell. These lesbos have no morals or souls to begin with, so you would think they could get a little freaky. Anyway, the seven good scenes were REALLY good, topped of by a little manage e trois that included a cameo by Juli Ashton playing a nurse. There was some fantastic dildo anal while a man shoved his cock in Juli's mouth. This was a pretty long scene, but there was so much going on that it was worth it.

The DVD makes buying DMJ6 even more worthwhile. The audio is pretty good and the video is great. The extras are fantastic, collecting a photo gallery, some interviews, a cut scene, some clips from other installments in the DMJ series, and a very funny "Behind the Scenes" section. The extras on the disc will keep you busy for a while, and are definitely worth your time.

To sum it all up, DMJ6 is a well above average porno, really something to see. As I mentioned, the DVD in total is well put together and has a lot of great features which make it a great buy. During the 2 plus hours of DMJ6, there is some great sex, a good plot, and even a little humor as they parody Howard Stern with a TV personality called Howard Sperm. I think even Howard would admit this is a better time than going to Scores on a Friday night.

VCA puts out a technically excellent product. They have
very high production values (as opposed to Vivid's low
production values and high-priced contract stars).

The sex is very good, too, and this disc is crammed full of it.
Stacy Valentine is wonderful to look at, as are Vicca and Nikita.
A piggish blonde named Anital Cannibal takes a double vaginal pentration.
Juli Ashton also gets a DP, with Nikita applying a strap on dildo
to her pussy, while a male stud does the anal honors.

So with all this good talent and technical proficiency going for it,
I was wondering why the movie was just not quite as hot as it should
have been. I noticed that all penetrations were of the
"safe-sex" variety, with every guy's member wearing a raincoat. It
wasn't until I was listening to the commentary soundtrack, however, that I realized,
when Stacy pointed it out, that there were no facial cumshots. (Stacy claimed
to be very disappointed about the no facial popshot policy). It seems
that AIDS can be spread by semen getting in the eyes, or even in the mouth
if there is a fresh cut or abrasion. So, VCA has decreed that, in
addition to all scenes being condomized, there will be no facial popshots,
either. Does this detract from the heat? Yes, it does somewhat.
Is this disc still hot enough to get your rocks off? Probably. It's still
pretty damn hot, in my opinion. Passolini is not quite as twisted
and Kinky as Greg Dark, so it is going to seem a little more tame than
the Dark-directed DMJ installments. But Dark isn't everyone's cup of tea
anyway.

Check out the extras on this disc, including a full length commentary sound-track
featuring Tina Tyler and Stacy Valentine. (By the way, Tyler does an
excellent job playing the devil). The bonus scenes feature Tom Byron
doing an anal from DMJ3 and one of Greg Dark's kinkiest scenes of all
time, the Pig-snouted gang bang of someone . . . maybe Vanessa Del Rio,
I'm not sure, also from DMJ3. There is also one of the hottest scenes
from DMJ5, featuring Juli Ashton and Jeana Fine. Downright excellent
stuff. In fact, it is the extras that tip the balance in favor of this
disc. I have to give it the thumbs up. Serious collectors should own
this disc. Looking at the Previews, I've just about decided to buy
Cashmere and Love's Passion, as well.

This film by Antonio Passolini more then makes up for Cafe Flesh 2. While this movie too has it's share of bizarre scenes. However, this time it works to it's advantage. The girls are hot and the sex is incredible. Right from the get-go of popping the dvd in I was impressed. This is top notch stuff. The menus are animated and not a rehash like Vivid's stuff. The bonus scenes are shown in their entirety and feature an intro by Passolini. The deleted scene from DMJ6 features a b/g scene with Vicca and is really hot. The movie is impressive as well. the video quality is flawless as is the sound. The movie is starts off in hell with the devil(Tina Tyler) about to dish out some punishment to Anita Cannibal. We then flashback to see why she's in hell(she cheats on her husband with two guys). This scene is so-so with a little pussy dp to chop up the familiarity. Then the movie begins when we see Stacy's relationship to Randy Spears going nowhere. Then Stacy unknowingly summons two succubi, Vicca and Nikita. Stacy Uses her imagination to fulfill her and what a vivid one it is. She plays a Lttle Red Riding Hood character who is seduced by a demonic "Bee Keeper." The scene is hot with some great closeups and anal. Next the mischivous succubbi work over Spears in hot threesome. Stacy goes to an audition and goes some casting couch stuff in another hot scene and back in hell Peris Bleu and Lacey Ogden try to entertain the devil. Back on earth Stacy finds pics of Spears' infidelity and is propsitioned by the devil to help her get back at the succubi. Before that though we are treated to a strange wrestling fantasy featuring Stacy, Tina and two other guys. It's okay with the focus mainly on Stacy who wears a mask the whole time. The Succubi need more sex to feed off of so with the help of Juli Ashton, Nikita takes one lucky bastard one a threesome of his life. I won't spoil the ending, but suffice to say it features antoher threesome with Vicca and Nikita which is hotter then their first and a b/g scene with Stacy. All really fucking hot. The movie was good, and the number of searing sex is incredible. It was fun listening to the commentary between Stacy and Tina. Tina is a very good subject, she moves the commentary along while Stacy gets horny, comments on her sweating and basically agrees with tina alot. At the end of the commentary it seemd like the two wanted to do some "work" themselves. Now that would have been a "special feature." All in all, I was pleasently surprised by this title. It's my second adult DVD and it's quality and production far surpasses the DVDs of some major Hollywood films. I hope VCA does all their films like this. It's much better then the recycled stuff from Vivid's packages, and I don't even miss this film having multiple angles. A must buy!!!

This is an outstanding DVD with incredible production value and hot hot hot (Did I say Hot!) sex! This time around in the DMJ series the devil is a women and she is looking for her two succubi, that have been conjured up to the mortal world by Stacy Valentine. These little sex demons are played to perfection by the incredible Nikita and Vicca. Not only is the sex incredible in all the scenes, but this film is jammed pack with sex. The pace of the film is intense and the cinematography only adds to the intensity. Bravo Antonio Passolini for such a creative fuck flick. Stacy Valentine is at the top of her came taking on four scenes in the film. All of which are great. Tina Tyler is great as the devil and her performance is campy and enjoyable. I do have to mention one scene that I think is one of the best I have scene this year. Nikita, Juli Ashton, and Chris Cannon burn up the screen in their scene together. This DVD is worth purchasing just for that one scene. Nikita is absolutely amazing and Juli Ashton takes it like a goddess. Chris Cannon should get a prize for just being able to keep up.

The video to DVD transfer is great and the editing adds to the incredible energy of the film.
Audio
Dolby Stereo is used and the sound track is right on with the DVD. This one of the few adult films I have seen where the music adds to the overall product.
Supplements
This DVD is stuffed with extras!! One of the few that have something more to offer than a chapter index and behind the scene photos. We are taking about a bonus scene not in the film. Bonus scenes from DMJ3 and DMJ5 all are hot and nasty! Interviews with three of the girls and a running commentary with Stacy and Tina.
Conclusion
The DMJ series has always been about nasty hot sex and DMJ6 does not let you down. It carries on the tradition of the series and even takes it a step forward. If this does not get you going then see a doctor. Add DMJ6 to your collection WOW!!!!!!
