Though born in Dallas, Texas, Ariana spent her early years in Clearwater, Florida. Her very first adult scene was a threesome for Porn Pros (co-starring Giselle Mari and Danny Mountain). She later received additional exposure as a Penthouse Pet of the Month in November 2014 and as the 2015 TwistysTreat of the Year.

Unlike many stars who find it awkward or embarrassing to watch their own scenes, Marie frequently looks back at her movies. It's not just to critique her own work, either! "I will sit at home - if I'm bored, I will get on my computer and get my wand out and just watch myself getting fucked," she noted in an interview with Adult Videos and Review.

Marie hopes to continue to up the ante in a way that pleases her ever-growing fanbase. "I just want to do everything the right way and take my career to the next level," she said in an interview with Adult DVD Talk. "It makes me happy that I have a good fanbase behind me and they're supporting me every day." She also helped found Sylvaria, an agency for fresh new porn talent.

In July 2019, it was announced that Ariana had signed an exclusive one-year contract with Vixen Media Group, makers of the famous Vixen brand of movies. Marie had previously been a Vixen Angel of the Month in October 2016.
