Vanessa Veracruz, who is of Mexican heritage, was born in raised in California, where she attended a local high school, and at the age of 16 began her first job working for Subway restaurant. Her role was to stand outside the establishment dressed as a giant sandwich, which is a far cry from her second job, which was modeling for mainstream magazines such as Lowrider and Hot Bike.
